A Strong Start to the Season

The gym lights glowed over the polished floor as cheers filled the air — the sound of teamwork, encouragement, and determination. Our Cadotte Lake School volleyball teams travelled to Grimshaw Public School for their first league matches of the season, and the excitement was felt from the very beginning.

From the bus ride filled with laughter and focus to the last serve of the night, our Coyote athletes carried pride and confidence with every step. The boys opened the evening at 5:00 p.m., showing calm focus under pressure and the determination to improve with each rally. Later, the girls took to the court at 7:00 p.m., bringing energy, communication, and spirit that lit up the gym.

Building Skills, Confidence, and Community

This season is already shaping up to be more than competition — it’s about growth, teamwork, and discovery. Every match gives our students the chance to build new skills, trust their teammates, and grow as leaders both on and off the court.

Our volleyball program encourages discipline, sportsmanship, and perseverance. These lessons extend far beyond the gym — helping students gain confidence in their studies, friendships, and community life.
